During a Parisian Go tournament, organized from March 22 to 24 by the French Federation for Go, the INRIA robot MoGo, which operates on a Bull supercalculator, won a third of 9×9 competition against fifth professional DAN Catalin Taranu. This is the first official “non blitz” victory for a machine against a Go master.
