On April 19, Norbert PALUCH, https://fscience-old.originis.fr/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/GLOC_Oslo_Norway_S2_27juillet2022_web-2-1.jpg representative and space counselor at the Embassy of France, delivered a speech during a conference dedicated to European Space attended by students from the Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy of the National Defense University in Washington D.C., along with the representative of the European Space Agency.

This event has been the opportunity for the representatives of both agencies to share their expertise on the European space dynamic with the fifteen students of the Space Industry Program, who come from different civilian and military American agencies (USAID, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force etc.) before they go to Europe to meet with the European space industry.
